Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Digital Products

Craftimate sells digital products only. We do not ship physical materials, DIY kits, or finished handmade products.

Due to the instant delivery of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable once the tutorial has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

Refunds cannot be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Not reading the product description before ordering

  • Expecting a physical product instead of a digital tutorial

  • Not having the required materials or tools

  • Choosing not to use the tutorial after purchase

  • Personal skill level or failure to follow the instructions

  • Personal preference regarding the tutorial or finished result

Each product page clearly states that you are purchasing a digital tutorial only. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Access Issues

If you experience any problems accessing your tutorial, we're happy to help.

We can assist with:

  • Resending your download or access link

  • Resolving download or file access issues

  • Helping you access PDF or video files

  • Answering basic questions about the tutorial

Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase if you experience any technical issues.

Refunds & File Replacements

Since digital products cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available once the tutorial has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

However, we will gladly replace or restore your files if:

  • You received the wrong tutorial

  • Your download or access link is not working

  • The files are incomplete due to a technical error

  • A technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing your purchase

When contacting us, please include your order number along with a brief description or screenshot of the issue.

Please note that incompatibility with your device, software, or internet connection does not qualify for a refund, provided the purchased files are functioning correctly.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed automatically, and your digital tutorial is delivered immediately after successful payment.

An order may only be cancelled if the tutorial has not been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, and you contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once access has been granted, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are no longer available.

If you accidentally purchase the same tutorial twice, please contact us within 24 hours. If the duplicate tutorial has not been accessed, we may offer store credit or another appropriate solution at our sole discretion.

Materials & Final Results

Our tutorials do not include materials or tools.

Customers are responsible for preparing the required materials and tools before starting the project.

Because every handmade project is unique, final results may vary depending on the materials used, craftsmanship, and how closely the instructions are followed. Small variations are a natural part of the handmade process.

All Craftimate tutorials, PDFs, images, videos, and written content are protected by copyright.

By purchasing from Craftimate, you agree not to:

  • Share, copy, resell, upload, or redistribute any tutorial or digital file

  • Publish our PDFs, videos, or step-by-step instructions online

  • Use our content for commercial teaching, workshops, or classes without prior written permission

  • Claim or represent any Craftimate tutorial or content as your own work

All tutorials are licensed for personal use only, unless prior written permission has been granted by Craftimate.
